There is no right of withdrawal or refund for seminar services, as these services are provided for a fixed date or period selected by the customer during the booking process.

Digital Content (Music Downloads)
Digital content is delivered immediately after purchase.
Refunds or returns are excluded once the download has started.

Services
Services are initiated only after further coordination.
Cancellation is possible only before the service has started.

Physical Products (Dropshipping)
Physical products are shipped by international partners.
These items are final sale items.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are not possible.
