Cancellation Policy
Some services offered in our store are available as subscriptions or prepaid service packages. This policy explains how these purchases work and how they can be managed.
Subscriptions
When purchasing a subscription, you agree to a recurring advertising or media service billed according to the selected frequency (e.g. monthly). Payments are charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle using the provided payment method.
Certain subscription products are subject to a minimum contract term (e.g. 6 months) as outlined in the respective product description and/or separate service agreement. By completing the purchase, you agree to these terms.
While subscriptions can technically be canceled at any time via your customer account or the link provided in your order confirmation email, early cancellation does not release you from the obligation to pay for the full agreed minimum contract term. Any remaining amounts for the minimum term become immediately due upon cancellation.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. If no minimum term applies, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
After purchase, we will contact you via the email address or phone number provided at checkout to finalize service details and begin production.
Prepaid and Fixed-Term Packages
Some services are offered as prepaid or fixed-term packages (e.g. multi-month advertising campaigns). These are billed in advance and are binding for the agreed duration.
Such packages are non-refundable once production or service execution has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services involving digital production, creative work, and allocated resources, refunds are generally not possible once production has started.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Active billing periods already paid
- Partially used service periods
- Early cancellations within a minimum contract term
Refund exceptions require explicit written agreement.

All services provided by mfradio.de are digital or service-based. No physical goods are shipped.
Billing is carried out by Mission Freedom Limited, Cyprus. All prices are net and subject to applicable VAT in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
