Terms of service
1. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases and bookings made through Mission Freedom Ltd.
They apply to both consumers and business customers.
2. Seminar Services (Cyprus Seminar)
Mission Freedom Ltd. provides seminar and participation services.
The seminar takes place on a fixed date or during a fixed period selected by the participant during the booking process.
This offering does not constitute a package travel arrangement within the meaning of §651a BGB or comparable EU regulations.
Flights, individual travel, insurance and similar services are not part of the contract.
Hotel accommodation is organized or arranged separately and is not a travel service provided by Mission Freedom Ltd.
3. Booking and Payment (Seminar)
After booking, the customer receives a personal booking link.
A deposit of EUR 680 is required to secure participation in the seminar.
The remaining balance, in particular hotel costs, must be paid directly at the hotel upon check-in.
Payment on site can be made in cash or by credit card.
4. No Right of Withdrawal – Seminar Services
There is no right of withdrawal for seminar services, as these are services related to leisure activities with a fixed date or period.
5. Digital Content (Music Downloads)
Digital content (e.g. songs, audio files) is provided for download immediately after purchase.
By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees that the contract execution begins immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the download has started.
6. Services
Services are initiated only after further coordination with our team.
Cancellation is possible only before the service has started.
7. Physical Products (Dropshipping)
Physical products are shipped by international partners.
These products are sold as final sale items and are excluded from return and refund.
8. Liability
Mission Freedom Ltd. shall be liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
9. Governing Law
The laws of the Republic of Cyprus shall apply.
